When we found this enamelled steel loaf tin, it had clearly been neglected for many years. No one brings meatloaf to a potluck anymore. So we picked it up, dusted off its signature handles and sent it to the oven, where it's proudly been baking up some wonderful things like a banana loaf, rustic bread and a vegan meatloaf. (Psst - we hear vegan meatloaf going to be a thing soon!)
